Subway — Restaurant in Iowa City

first time i went here it was great, the next time, the woman making the sandwich cut the break horribly and the next person had to fix her mistakes. she was also on her phone with gloves on and didn’t change them before touching the food. today i went and the same woman from the time before made the sub. she didn’t stuff the fixings in before wrapping it and just rolled the whole thing in the sauce and toppings that spilled out. she didn’t tuck in the sides of the paper, tape it, or cut the sub. the ends were open and you could see the toppings falling out. next time i would ask for a different person than the lady with the face tattoos to...

absolute worst experience of my life I have a half an hour for lunch and spent 25 minutes of it in line waiting for them to make my sandwiches at which point they made them look terrible over cooked my sandwich the bread was hard and I didn't even get all the ingredients I asked for the second person working didn't want to bother with my sandwiches they decided they were going to walk back and forth reading a piece of paper they could have just as easily taken to the other end of the station to work on the sandwiches instead of wasting so much valuable time I don't even have time to eat they didn't put any dressing on my...

They have the kids in the sitting area (friends what it looks like) when customers come inside to sit. Lack of items bread veggies etc. Especially at night idk who works morning/afternoon but they need to help stock up for the night shift. I like coming to your establishment but also the lack of authority from adults inside is a mess. I can go on and on and on with the way it's being run just by visiting ur subway, and I'm either inside or online but inside mostly.
