I'm not sure why I continue to go back to this location... Other than that it is so close to me. I have never once received a pizza from this location that the crust is not so incredibly thin that the sauce literally seeps through the bottom of the pizza... Sometimes, when I check the pizza right in front of them and hand it back to them asking if I can get a pizza that actually has some bread on the bottom of it, they will make one that is ever so slightly thicker for me... But often times they make it the exact same way, which is so thin that when you pick the slice of pizza up, it's really just a floppy piece of see-through crust that literally leaves off on your hands before you even start to eat it. This is not an exaggeration... They actually had me thinking that all Little Caesars had started making their pizza like that, but a couple weeks ago I started going to a different Little Caesars and every single pizza I have ordered from that new location I go to now have normal pizza crust on the bottom and around the perimeter of the pizza. Just as good as it was when they came back out with America's best pizza deal for $5 hot and ready. May not be $5 anymore, but the pizza is still great. Except at this location... Where they must be trying to make as much profit as they possibly can by giving the customer The most meniscule amount of pizza crust they can possibly get away with. Honestly, I can't believe this location is still open. I love getting good reviews, usually don't get bad reviews... Because plenty of people get bad reviews... But this Little Caesars is so money tight and chips the customer so badly, that I sincerely cannot wait for them to shut down so that's something worth being there can take its place. Glad I tried a different locations so that I was able to realize that it's not all Little Caesars, it's just this one... They want the customers to pay the same as everywhere else, but they want to give you practically nothing more than cheese and sauce so that they can save as much money as possible and make as much profit as they possibly can. This tells me that they're not at all worried about the customer, but instead worried about their pockets, and only their pockets. I hate the sound like such an.... H, but when anywhere is trying to maximize their profit by giving the customer next to nothing for what they pay for... I feel they shouldn't be in business. No franchise owner or under of anything should be robbing the customer to line their own pockets. And that's exactly what this place does, with every piece of they make. I'm not talking about a few experiences... At least 40 times over the past 3 years I've tried this place again and again thinking surely they'll get there at together once the head honcho realizes that their pizza is trash... But now I realize that they had honcho is the reason the pizza is...
Read moreA few weeks ago, my friend and I went through the drive thru for a simple stuff crust cheese pizza. We were told we had to wait, which wasn’t an issue. When the employee brought us our pizza, he didn’t confirm what our order was, which was odd since there were several other people waiting. We didn’t even think to check the pizza because we were tired. After driving 20 mins to my house, we opened the pizza to learn that we didn’t get a cheese pizza, but some weird creation (bbq, olives, bacon combo). I became frustrated with the wrong order, so I tried to call the store. I tried FIVE times to call. I spaced out the calls, so they wouldn’t be back to back in case someone else had called in. But every time it would ring endless. I was so mad that I drove 20 mins back to the store to complain. As soon as I walked in the door, I noticed there were no customers and the employees seemed to be just hanging around. A part of me thinks my call was being ignored. When I approached the counter, the man who had given me the pizza, said “wrong pizza?”. He obliviously knew. He pulled out a pizza and slid it across the counter, quietly telling me how it was the girl in the backs fault. I gave him the abomination pizza, while I checked the new one to make sure it was correct. It was. Before I could say anything else, he disappeared into the back room. No apologies. No attempt to correct the issue. I walked away fuming. I understand businesses are understaffed right now, due to the pandemic, but this is unacceptable. I will not be returning to...
Read moreThis visit to Little Caesars was terrible. usually our only problem is that our order that we placed through the app is not ready at the time that it says it's going to be ready. This time, it said my order will be ready at 7:08 and I did not get my order until 7:45 and when I got my order one of the pizzas was burnt. The person that handed me my pizza as I got out of my car to walk inside to check on my order laughed when I came back inside with the burnt pizza because he knew that it was burnt. He literally said to the shift leader quotation mark is that the burnt pepperoni? I was so upset and disappointed with this Little Caesars because this is one of the better ones in my area. They need to get their act together. the shift leader try to make an excuse and say that the person that makes their dough left early or quit yesterday is actually what he said so they had no more deep dish pizza dough so I could not buy an additional Italian cheese bread and the pizza that they burnt was a deep dish and they could not replace it tonight. This was a horrible experience and I really hope that when I speak to the general manager then this...
