Wendy's — Restaurant in Irmo

Went to Wendy's around 4 pm. Ordered Dave's single also Biggie bacon double stack. Figured I would go in to eat thinking food would be fresh Hot! Never know what you will receive going thru drive thru. Dave's single was correct but my biggie bacon double stack was incorrect .when placing order at counter I stated no pickles no onion. Employee read back what I ordered. When receiving my order I got everything all way. Took back told her( Employee) was incorrect. She said no u ordered all way. Showed receipt which said no pickles no onion. Said she would fix another. Receive 2nd order no bacon on baconanator . Twice order was wrong. Was charged for bacon which never received on either burger ..showed receipt she stated Iam not even supposed to be here today so I guess that's why she couldn't get order correct. Never offered to refix order offered no bacon no refund on what I'd paid for which was bacononator double stack. Fries cold chicken nuggets cold. Every table in Wendy's was dirty. 9 people behind counter no one could wipe tables. This location hasn't been opened that long. CAN'T believe it's gone down this quickly. Paid for order that was never correct. Never offered to fix 3rd time. Will not go back after this. U order face to face and still can't get it right then tell me that's not what I ordered. Receipt showed what I ordered and was served wrong twice. Don't suggest this location to anyone. Location on lake Murray Blvd no better at all. Employees want 15 to 20 dollars and hour but u receive 6 dollar service. Very Disappointing. Should have went to McDonald's least they get...

This is becoming the norm for the location for the most part as of late. Food not as warm nor fresh as usual, service was fast, but awful with communication. Pull up to the window to get my mobile order just to be greeted with my food in a bag and hand out the window so fast . Next was my drink. Went to say something and they were gone already. Leas tha.n 15 sec at tbe window.

Great service and hot food can all be done that quickly , even with a smile and voice rather than just hand the bag and drink and close the window. Especially when there is 2 employees working drive thru togetner ŵithbno other orders in front or behind mine.

Do better MUCH BETTER Wendy's in Ballentine before you lose more than employees but customers. Better yet, even the location in General...

I'm going to Irmo for sure after the disappointment tonight... hopeful serving me little more than half cup of chili for a large was worth losing a cuatomer.... 3 strikes at this location in 4 to 6 weeks......

Overall, not a bad experience but had a super weird moment while ordering in the drive thru. We pulled up to the speaker to order, and were immediately bombarded with “HI! Welcome to Wendy’s! Hi! Welcome to Wendy’s! Hi! Welcome to Wendy’s!” like 7 times in a row and we weren’t able to get a word in. At first, I thought it was pre-recorded like some other fast food restaurants, but when we finally interrupted the worker, we realized it wasn’t pre recorded and was actually just the person taking our order. Not a bad experience, but just really really weird and a bit uncomfortable. Once we got our order, it was all correct, food was great, and the location seemed super nice and clean. Just, like I previously mentioned, super weird interaction with the person working...
