Hardee's — Restaurant in Iron Mountain

This was the worst dine in experience I ever had. Not only did me and my girlfriend both get the wrong order. But when the staff went to correct it they added the items to my burger after the burger had an item I was allergic to on it. After the employee returned to the kitchen me and the people I came to the restaurant with seen several employees and staff pointing at my girlfriend and laughing. Not only was this a horrible dine in experience but my girlfriend was employed by this Hardee's. The male employees were constantly asking if she was single and personal questions about our relationship. When they refused to stop harassing her she was forced to quit. The staff at this establishment made her feel really uncomfortable. Not only did thus unacceptable behavior force her to quit so she could escape the harassment. But after she quit the manager disclosed personal and confidential employment information with another individual we lived with which caused issues within our household. I would never recommend this place for employment. I would rather be homeless in January with no warm clothing. And as far as eating here, save your money and your time. Don't ruin your day by...

Normally I have wonderful service there but I'm giving a three stars the only sign saying they're closing early after I sat in line for 15 minutes I sat at the drive-thru order taking machine voice box for five before I asked if I had to drive up to the window to place the order or let me know when they're ready and no they were closed instead of saying I'm sorry we are closed now when we pulled up after they took everybody in front of us and there was four other people behind me I am sorry I get people are short staffed but please put a time up on your takeout voice box intercom system if you're going to close that early at least have the common courtesy to tell the people that have been waiting there in line for a while the sorry you already closed because your...

I usually go to Hardees, especially in Iron Mountain, MI. Breakfast there on early VA trips. Always good food, and I get privacy in a loud crowded situation. The counter woman walks way out from the store or parking lot to take a smoke break. 5 stars more. Today a man interrupted my silence and alerted me to wires hanging down under my car. I drove to the only open garage, NAPA, nearly full service, on Carpenter, where Tom threaded and secured the wires back into place in 15 minutes. At no charge.
