I had been using them for flower deliveries for my mom for years but now after dealing with some incredibly horrible customer service I will be taking my money elsewhere. When I called and placed my order, I specifically said Saturday delivery and even gave them her home address instead of her work one that I usually do. No one on the phone said anything about not being able to do certain days and with it being Mother’s Day on Sunday, obviously I would want the flowers delivered as close to Sunday as possible. Why then did my mom get called to say they would be delivered Thursday on Thursday. Several days before what I ordered for. I called the store and they didnt even give a genuine apology. The manager and owner kept using the excuse of so many orders and that they don’t guarantee days. A discount wasn’t offered, I had to ask and the owner suggested I find a new flower shop (which is obvious) before finally saying she could do a meesly 10%.
