Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Iron Mountain

We ventured here for my daughters 6th Birthday. We asked about birthday specials, we were told cinnamon sticks were on the house for birthdays, we had them place an order when we put in the order for the pizzas. The waitress seemed like she hates her job and couldn't even wish a 6 year old a happy birthday even though she said It's my birthday as the waitress came to our table. My daughter dropped her Straw and we tried to ask 3 different waitresses as they walked by, including ours. Finally we went and asked at the register for a straw. I waited 15 minutes for a refill my waitress was too busy helping at a different waitresses table. I literally sat there and stared at her until she finally stopped ignoring me and said, "is everything good?" As she was trying to walk away. My cup was at the very front and center of the table very obviously empty and that didn't click with her. The next refill we needed we hadn't seen her in a while so my 6 year old went to the register and asked a different waitress. After a while she finally came back with our bill. We asked for a box. She brought back the box and said the cinnamon sticks are going to be a few minutes. The whole intent was so she could have some after dinner but after all the waiting we were just done. I got as we were getting ready to walk out that's when the cinnamon sticks were ready. We ordered these with our pizza so they would be done in time. This waitress was literally awful. I was uncertain if I should write this review but after some thought I decided to in hopes other people won't waste their time and money. It was my grandson's 8th birthday and he wanted pizza. I called this facility at 5:50pm to make sure their dining room was open. My call was sent to a call center, I believe. I was hung up on twice. I was finally speaking with someone that was actually in the building. I asked him if their lobby was open. He told me to hold on while he shouted to someone to find out. He came back on the phone & said yes. We arrived at Pizza Hut at 6:05pm. We went into the door & as we went in a girl came out the inside door. She very snotty & asked us if we were going to eat in the dining room and I told her yes. She said that she was closing the dining room I told her it was posted on the door that they were open until 8pm. Also told her that I just called 10 minutes ago. So I asked her if she wanted us to leave and she began yelling at me that she was the only one there to wait on customers and make pizza, and as the manager she can close it when she wanted to. She was so rude and snotty that if I owned that place she would have been fired immediately. Nothing but disrespect! Took my family to the Hut on 8/5/22 . It takes a lot for me to leave negative feed back or any feed back for that matter.But our dine in experience was a complete embarrassment, an a waist of an appetite . We get seated,they take our order two large pan pizzas one sprite ,one water,one pepsi one mountain dew.Instead we get two large hand tossed pizza's (no idea how you mess that up seems how the server is standing there writing it down)and my son ends up wearing his sprite on his lap.An that's just the start of it,after waiting forever for or food an d drink we asked for the check the server said ok I will get that for you instead she goes an starts making pizza boxes so after waiting for at least 15 min which seemed like an eternity . I get the check after repeated asking. Low an behold that's wrong too,don't recall ordering any beers seems how I am not a drinker.Agiane 10 min of my life I will never get back.upon paying I was asked how my dinning experience was I said "Realy" you never changed the pizza order or even attempted to make things right.Needless to say I didn't leave tip and I paid 57 dollars to what?
