Neucup — Restaurant in Iron Mountain

I got to Neu Cup at exactly 11:52am and got in line behind two other cars. After 8 minutes, a worker came outside and removed their menu sign. As i pulled up to the window, i saw that they closed at 12:00. But nobody was serving the cars that were in line while they were still open. I was always a very loyal customer coming here 2-3 times a week, but the lack of customer service really stood out today. At least the person who brought the sign in should have told the people in line “hey, we are closing now, but since uou were in line, we will serve you”. Nobody told the people waiting anything. Including the car currently at the order window.

Like i said, i usually love this place. And although im very dissappointed in their service today, i will be back again. Yall can do better....

Excellent service and fantastic coffee! I don't have to order a double shot to know I ordered a coffee beverage and not just a flavored sugar creation (I like those too, but when I want coffee I want to taste coffee). Plus, they have a loyalty punch card which I absolutely appreciate. Not to mention they LOVE my dogs .... ALL of my dogs! And of course, anybody who always has a treat for my dogs, which they've come to expect when we pull up to the window, is awesome to me! Also, I've only tried a few of their breakfast/food items but the ones I've had live up to the standards I've come to appreciate and respect in their beverages! A very welcomed addition to the Iron Mountain area ~...

Update to my previous post. Moved to Iron Mountain and this is my go to spot! Deliciously crafted coffee drinks, reasonably priced, and the staff is friendly. I was accusing to paying $10 for my coffee, so the prices on this quality of coffee & service is fantastic! 7 years ago...I am visiting from Phoenix and was dying for a good frou frou espresso coffee in Iron Mountain. This place hit the spot. The gal at the window seemed to be a little slow at understanding our order but the end product was correct and delicious. Would go back & would recommend to those visiting from a larger city...
