Subway — Restaurant in Iron Mountain

Went there today, 4/25/2021, the first question i was asked was ''what kind of sub do you want?'' No customer service whatsoever, which i shrugged off, what i couldn't shrug off was the associate working did make my sandwich correctly, however when she went to go cut it in half, she didn't close it before doing so, and kind of stuffed everything in there, which i thought was normal maybe some type of procedure swap, however, when i got home and opened up the wrapping around my sandwich. The whole insides of my sandwich fell out, and she didn't close the sandwich, wrapped it open, basically long story short if i wanted to eat it, i would have had to eat it like a hotdog. We entered. Some dude was hogging the counter going pre-orders. All the people behind the counter and they had a guy who was cleaning booths come to the counter where the other guy was still trying to figure out all his pre-orders. The guy who was to help us thought we just wanted one sandwich..Totally ignored my husbands who was waiting to give his order. They wanted to just ring mine up. (Now it was two people trying to figure out a door dash order hogging counter. ). The Italian Cheese bread wasn’t even cooked, lettuce not shredded, mayo tasted acid, Never going back. We got three items, a steak and cheese wrap which the meat is supposed to be toasted as well as the cheese because I specifically asked for that, neither were warm and the wrap was not cut. I got a spicy Italian wrap and again the meat and cheese were supposed to be toasted and they were not plus my wrap was not cut and I did not receive my side of sauces I asked for. The last item was a steak and cheese salad add avacado which was not in there and they gave her almost no sauce. I don’t recommend this subway at all.
