The prices here are outrageous! I've been all over thrifting and these are the highest prices I've ever seen! Went here recently and noticed some of the same stuff in the front window from when I was here a year ago, probably because everything is way overpriced. Chico's Jeans from 2010 for $28? No thanks. Found a carhartt vest I liked but couldn't find a price on it, I assumed maybe it was $10 or $15 at the most. The lady found the tag hidden and it was marked $35! I said no thanks, that's a little steep. The cashier laughed at me and said "go to any other store..." implying that $35 was reasonable. I know how much NEW Carhartt vests costs, this was a used, old vest that was donated for FREE. Saw many other Coats for $50+. Basic old not name brand sweaters for $15. This is insane. Maybe spend a little less time trying to list everything at an ebay price and price items affordably so you can actually move old stock. And customers, please stop paying these prices. This is not a boutique. These items are donated for free and nobody she be paying that much...
Read moreIf zero stars was possible or even in the negative, I have had so much trouble in my life, and this place is only made it harder. When I was a little girl like a grandmother would take me to the St Vincent de Paul store in my hometown. I would go and I would try on shoes and jackets and I got to take some things home. She donated so much of her life to that store, and if she could see what you've become now, she would roll in her grave. As much as she was a God-fearing woman, she would condemn you to hell for how you have treated people. A charity choosing to help friends over the general community? Shameful. Sinful. And just downright nasty. This organization is a disgrace. You should all be ashamed of how you've treated people. Just because we don't look like you, doesn't...
Read moreClean and well organized? Yes. But the prices? Outrageous. A dishwasher etched piece of run of the mill Pyrex for $35? No thanks. Empty Avon bottles that no one will buy on Ebay for 99 cents marked $6. Insane. Games marked "missing pieces" for $5? How is this rational or thrifty? Management clearly more worried about resellers than serving thrifty needs of...
