Starbucks — Restaurant in Irvine

Very very bad services, this is not my first time to received the bad experience of the bad services at this location from this manager name Bryan. Specially the manager name Bryan. He doesn’t know how to deal with customer services issue and always refuse to fixed it. He always protect his rude employee no matter she was right or wrong and he was refuse to help me when his employee made the wrong drink. He s never said sorry or apologize for the mistake and all he did was acting rude. This s the third time I received a very bad attitude from this manager. He s not good enough to be a manager cause he doesnt know how to deal with customers. Always bad experience whenever we visit...

I shopped at Albertsons and once a while to try their new product. I tried their new item, Iced Lanvender Cream Oatmilk Matcha. First, I usually keep receipts for my own record, but staff did not even ask I want a receipt or not that's totally minus. Second, I drank the beverage first it was bitter, I thought because green tea taste bitter, when I drank half way, it tastesd very sweet, I took a look at bottom, very dark color stuck at the bottom, the iced cubes was almost half of the cup so it was hard to mix up while driving, very poor quality!
