The staffs are so mean and disrespectful! They kept saying that they didn’t get order and asked me to leave so that they could serve other customers. I have to contact the customer service back and forth. They finally find my order after 50 min and blamed me that it was all my fault as I told them the wrong number. But it is the number that I used at least 10 times to pick up before! Then they asked me so, what do you want?!

～～～～ No, that is not the truth! You’re telling different things. The whole story is that I reserved a pickup order for 11:50 am this morning at last night. I’m there at 12 and you told me you didn’t have the order until 50min later! You blamed me I gave you the pick up number and you could it find it. What is wrong to use a pickup up number for pick up? I asked you several times the order was made last night 19:25 and showed you the record at least three times. You insisted you couldn’t find it. I reminded you to check the order for yesterday. But you still said that you didn’t get any order at that time, and there was no any order that was not picked up and you did not throw anything yesterday. It was the very end at almost 1pm a new guy came and everything changed. You could find the order finally and said it was ready at 8pm last night. That guy threw it while no any others in your store knew it! You said you called the Fantuan, but they said that they did not get any contact from you regarding it. You’re keeping making different stories for several times and insulting me “that is all your fault!” “What do you want?” Shouldn’t you ask yourself what...

I passed by and saw a long line but was not sure what it was. I thought it was a barber shop. When I was done shopping the line was shorter and so I went inside and saw donut looking cream puffs. I got in line and saw sample tray. I think the owner was going around passing out samples but smaller size if them. I got to the counter and ordered. I did not realize it would take longer than 40 minutes. A guy just left. There were a lot of larger oders so probably thats why. I got the eclairs chocolate covered with vanilla pudding and strawberry coating with chocolate filling. When I got the order tne strawberry had a hard filling and chocolate eclairs had a sticky gooey coating. It got all over my scarf. It is messy to eat. I wish they sold the smaller ones because they taste better than the frozen ones too buy at grocery store. The owner was nice and friendly and I like the atmosphere. Will be back with my kids. Please sell smaller size...

We came in to order just TWO original cream puffs. When we walked in some guy was order 18+ cream puffs. The cashier was slow in understanding his orders. The ladies in front of me and I waited over 15 minutes just to order. The ladies ordered three cream puffs, and we ordered just two. They had just a single worker packing the 18+ cream puffs. It did not occur to the owner or the cashier to pack the our orders and send us on our way. After telling the owner that one guy packing all of these was too much for him, he yelled at us, WAIT and proceeded to head into the back. On top of that, the cashier got part of the 18+ order wrong, so we had to wait even longer for the poor guy to pack more cream puffs. The owner and cashier dawdled, leaving this guy to work. Guess they weren’t capable of even wrapping cream puffs in paper! Terrible customer service, and props to the one...
