Irvine Fine Arts Center — Attraction in Irvine

I would like to thank the staff member at the front desk for her unusual welcome when my daughter and I visited the gallery. Upon our arrival, we were initially made to feel as though we might not be allowed to enter. When I asked if the gallery was closed, I was informed it wasn’t but was then advised to ‘be careful.’ I’m unsure what we were meant to be cautious of, as the gallery features art on the walls and nothing particularly hazardous.

It was an unexpected and perplexing interaction, especially for what should be a welcoming and enriching experience. I hope this isn’t reflective of the overall approach...

Best fine arts center ANYWHERE with many different types of affordable art classes. There are bunnies birds and turtles on the property that add to its charm, just please DONT FEED THE BIRDS AND ANIMALS. They are well taken care of and giving them human food can lead to an early death and makes for very gross poop that pollutes the lake. As a bonus it's a great place to hunt pokemon! All these lame reviews don't explain how wonderful this place is, if you know what you are doing and can operate creatively without an instructor supporting you then this is a wonderful spot to work on your own pieces in a completely furnished lab setting. From what I've seen this place isn't for novices which is where I think most of these reviews stem from, but hey if you take the time to fully teach yourself how to work in a dark room, fabricate jewelry, etc. then this...
