I live right across the street from this one and have been here several times. The management is clearly making no effort in terms of customer satisfaction. Staff never smiles. Wait time for food is considerably longer than other Carl's Jr locations. More than once they've dropped the tray at my table and walked away without offering ketchup. Twice I've asked for ketchup and they said "sure, be right back" and never came back. Food quality is poor. I've been served burgers with the patty half out. Given the poor effort made with regards to customer service, and the long time it takes them to get food out, I begin to wonder how much cleaning they really do. That's never a good sign. My husband and I got food here since we were out for most of the day and completely exhausted. That was a mistake. First of all, the order was wrong so we told them the mistake. They fixed it, they still overcharged us, but fixed it. Second of all, they gave us THE WRONG ORDER AGAIN while we were the only customers there. They gave us a cheesecake instead of the usual combo of fries. How badly do you have to do your job while it was slow to mess up a simple order?
