Paris Baguette — Restaurant in Irvine

Terrible customer service. I came in with a friend during an off time. Girl charges me for a green tea latte even though I asked for Earl grey. The drinks are the same price but they seem unable to just make the drink I want so I settle on the green tea. My friend gets her drink and food. I'm still waiting for my drink when she finished hers. There has been no more drinks orders since I came in. I caught the girl's eye several times but she made no move to the drink station. I inquire about my drink and she did not seem apologetic as she said "oh.... Was it the green tea latte?" Clearly had to have her lead make the drink and he wasn't particularly apologetic either. She didn't say anything else but clearly avoided eye contact. The snacks may be tasty but they really need to work on customer service. I understand during a rush but if it is slow and you make a mistake you should really try to make amends to...

I bought a cake here with my family to celebrate my birthday. Everyone was surprised after eating the cake that evening. I ate all the moldy cakes.The next day, I went to talk to her. The fat, hairless manager gave me a refund.That's absurd. I should have filed a legal complaint.I came in a nasty condition. This was a few months ago. Incredibly disappointed at this location.

I had purchased two items and the cashier scoffed and was very rude. I was very confused on what happened since I had only said Hello, and stood in silence.

The food itself did not taste very well unlike other locations. I paid $11 for two bakery items and they both taste stale or had no filling.

I love Paris Baguette however this interaction left a bad taste...
