Le Cafe Du Parc — Restaurant in Irvine

The location is beautiful that's a plus. The menu is pretty decent for a small location. If you like Latte or Coffee type drink art this is a fun choice. But note parking is awful in case you do not walk here. We ordered a few small sandwiches and smoothies that cost us over $50 for 3. The smoothies were not that great and we had to wait almost 15 min with only 2 customers. Granted there are few choices near these large Apartment complexes to eat within walking distance or even a short drive - so your choice is limited. A piece of banana cake is right around $3+ and it is not even a big piece. Not s place to go have a full meal if you have a family of 4 on somewhat of a budget. Although again the ambiance is great, scenery is pleasant, ok for a quick bite or drink (including alcohol if you want), quiet and not crowded, also clean. I went today for first time and ordered a double cappuccino and was ok, the sandwich croissant whatever, didn’t like the bread . However all the sandwiches on the show looked terrible.

I asked to charge my phone inside while I was outside and one of the girl rudely said they couldn’t charge anything over there. So I had to sit inside yes or yes. Very small coffee shop and costumers were smoking a lot of cigarettes around so you can’t breath fresh air. The chairs and tables from the outside, were all wet after the rain, so I have to clean and dry while the staff were talking on the phone outside or just chillin early in the morning.

My husband and I both had a cheese crepe, and a cup of black coffee. The coffee was pretty good. My crepe was fantastic, but I added pesto, with spinach and sausage on the side. My husband got the crepe by itself, and it was too much for him. Just crepe and cheese was too rich.

We had our meal outside, and a cute sparrow landed on the edge of our table to see what we had on our plates. Nothing interesting apparently, because it hopped onto the ground where it proceeded to stand for several minutes while chirping and sizing us up. Very cute.
