The service here is horrible. The waitress didn't speak any English and as hard as I tried to communicate with her by using words on the menu, all she kept saying was 'no understand'. I saw two tables get sat after I got sat and they got their food before me. When I finally received my food, I didn't like it and it seemed like the meat wasn't cooked all the way. I tried to tell the waitress and again, all she said was 'no English'. She then asked some customers to come translate so I asked them to tell her that I didn't want that dish because the meat wasn't cooked all the way. She said there were 'no returns'. Food came pretty quickly, except for the fish head, but they warned us beforehand.
Spiciness is about what I expected for Hunan food. The reviewer who gave it one star for food being spicy probably shouldn’t have come here. The menu doesn’t warn about spiciness though.
Overall food was a bit salty, but otherwise pretty good. My wife and parents didn’t find it salty though, so it could be just me.
