Yea I wouldn't recommend the place rude management, staff and clearly lack the basic understanding of any languages. You be better off going somewhere else. BC. Last weekend an individual with the name A. Punch my table after I refuse to relocate because they had 4 person table and they had empty tables available that they could have used to adjust the party. They are so out of it, they never asked me to leave tonight, 4/7/23. and the lady while i was walking towards my car she crossed the walking path from my right side to left side and stopped on my path and stopped, She collided with my left shoulder while i was walking Just wanted to clarify. When you look at the number of 1 star and 2 and 3 stars, is a lot for a restaurant, clearly the management doesn't know how run a restaurant because if they did they wouldn't be experiencing this amount of low ratings. I have seen this place change hands for the past decade, and non of the previous managers were bad at management like these guys. They will change management shortly. No one has the right of refusal except me and others i have allowed, and you don't have that right. In addition non of you are allowed in heaven. Hell will be painful. I have been going to hookah bars for the past 17 years and i haven't met any management or staff as rude and terrible in service as they are. But there is always places to lower the standards to the new level. Whomever do business, or a customer of this facility under this management, and current employees and will be receiving the title BC. Gross, dirty looking restaurant with terrible service. Employees sit out front smoking cigarettes in the designated non-smoking area of the food court. I know they have hookahs and all but that's just nasty and fills the whole food court with cigarette smoke. Employees refused to make the order that was submitted online and paid for - I was told repeatedly that they do not accept these online orders because they "didn't have a tablet" for it. Owner was the one to confirm the order, claimed to have called the employees while I was standing there & they still refused to make it.

Notice how the owner attempts to write me off as a "delivery driver" as if I don't represent multiple paying customers, and to deflect saying it was a friend sitting out front of the restaurant smoking? I was there, two employees were very clearly going from behind the counter to right out front to smoke, no washing of hands after going back behind the counter.
