Starbucks — Restaurant in Irvine

This was a quick in quick out. I went in for a wrongly ask for drink called a medium mocha frappe. They didn't laugh at me, and she didn't make me feel bad for not ordering correctly. What she did was smile slightly, look me right in the eye, and said, "(the correct name of the drink that I wanted)." I looked around the shop while I was waiting for them to prepare my drink. Did not actually realize that you can get everything from all kinds of coffee from all over the world, coffee makers and coffee mugs, or t-shirts and sandwiches. Starbucks is quiet a place to visit. There always seems to be plenty of people doing important things sitting and enjoying they're special drinks. One of these days I'll figure out what the stars are all about. I was told I have 50, but I have no idea what that means. Next time you're in the area, stop and take a look and buy your special drink. I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this Starbucks location. The supervisor, Charls, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He dismissed my concerns with a condescending attitude and seemed completely uninterested in providing any sort of customer service.

To make matters worse, I noticed a disturbing pattern of behavior that seemed quite discriminatory. Charls allowed certain people to bring their dogs in without saying a word, but as soon as others, myself included, came in with a dog, he became hostile and confrontational. This inconsistency and apparent bias are unacceptable.

I’ve been to many Starbucks locations, but this one was by far the worst due to Charls' behavior. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of respect and care for customers. I won’t be returning to...

Horrible service. I went in on Saturday and barely anybody in the loddy and no one in line. It took literally 4 min for the 4 baristas to acknowledge me standing at the register. Finally someone came and just said "what did you want". Wow how rude. I ordered 2 drinks one was a mocha cookie crumble frap. Hunter made the drink without any mocha drizzle on bottom or top I had to ask. Another lady came up because her iced latte was basically milk and hunter said well it's been sitting here a while. Apparently his customers are not important, he rather be talking to his coworkers about Vegas. No "thank you", no "have a nice day", no eye contact, just attitude and blaming customers for the poorly made drinks and gossiping about the weekend plans. Will never go back to...
