Subway — Restaurant in Irvine

I say it's OKAY because that's all it ever is. The management and employees are almost always less than par, regardless of what city I'm in. I literally only go in to get cheddar broccoli soup and 9.5 out of 10 times they don't even have it cooking.

My opinion : Make designated soup days. Let there be a specific soup for each day of the week. Make our lives easier instead of always have a hit and miss. If I'm paying $10 for a meal at least offer what I want.

Hire employees who are 1. Decent 2. Have manners 3. Aren't cussing in the back or complaining about working.

I get to the store, wasn’t greeted. Asked if my order was ready the lady next to the one prepping my sandwich said she’s working on it. I said ok, should I grab my combo items? You know to be efficient while they work on my order and she comes and gets it which is fine. But then I saw the lady was like just mad or upset and I could see her attitude while prepping my sandwich, missed the part when she cuts the footling to what I ask, did you cut it in half? My gosh everyone, read the reviews and you’ll see this place is simply awful. The ladies working at the front are extremely unprofessional. I specifically asked for no cucumbers and she puts cucumbers right on top! I asked her to also remove the tomatoes because the cucumbers leave an awful taste. Update in my sandwich; it seriously tasted awful because of the cucumber taste it left in the sub. Go back and get a new one? I have 3 minutes left for my 30min lunch hour! This place is awful.
