Tacos & Co — Restaurant in Irvine

I visited here on December 10 for a dinner. It was raining, windy, and cold outside and I was looking forward to eating inside. I ordered my food at 8:35pm and received my food 10 minutes later, but it was NOT how I ordered it. When I took the food back to have it fixed, I had to wait another 10 minutes and when I received the food back, they gave me a very small portion of meat compared to the mistake version. And then the young punk cashier kicked everyone out at 9pm, because he wanted to clean up and close the restaurant! He kicked out "5" customers, including me. I told him that I had just got my food and I wanted to enjoy it in doors, because it was raining, windy, and cold outside...he did not care, but kicked me out!

I called the owner (Francisco) up through the business card and explained the matter; at which he informed me he would investigate it through the video tapes AND get back to me. Francisco told me that it is NOT the policy of the restaurant to throw people out at 9pm, when they close, but to allow the customers a chance to eat their food. However, Francisco never got back with me; even after I left a follow up voicemail and text.

I will never be back to a place that treats their customers with such disrespect and disgust! Why should a customer eat at a place that does not give the customer what he orders and throws the customer out exactly...

I didn't not have a good experience with this restaurant with their service on November 16th I paid $312 .00 for food for my daughter 1st baby shower when I pick up my food I asked a worker was everything in there she said she then she ask a male worker to help bring food to my car when I started putting out the food for everyone to eat it was only shells and meat and chips no toppings no cilantro no onions no lettuce no tomatoes and no sauces 😭 no my 30 guess had to eat dry taco 🌮 I was to far too drive back to the restaurant so I called and the worker said she was sorry that they forgot to take all the toppings and sauces out the back to give to me she than said she will call me back she will call the manager no call back the next day I went back up there she gave me the number to the manager over the catering I called left a message she never called me back today is November 19th no call I feel it was their mistake they should of composited me back for toppings and sauces $312 is alot not to get the right service not even a call back from the manager but she was quick to talk my money sad 😢 and...

So I placed an order online I got two steak tacos one fish taco And one chicken taco and a tamales. I arrived to the restaurant to pick up my order I found out they haven’t prepared my food because they said they don’t have tamale I told them well if you guys don’t have it can I substitute it with something else she said yes that was the manager so I substituted it with a vegetarian burrito since they don’t have a tamale which is the price was $6.99 I am supposed to pay the different which is $2 for the burrito I got charged 8.01 plus the credit 6.99 . I ended up leaving the restaurant without telling them anything because I was having a good day that day and I’m like it’s only a couple bucks they can have it but that won’t stop me reviewing the restaurant and now I know why it has three stars thank you. You can have my extra money that you over charged me to clean up the restaurant
