Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Irving

I placed an online order on Friday for a BLT, because their app wasn't working for me. Online it has an optional section where you can add additional toppings, remove toppings, have them on the side, or just have the BLT toppings. On the App it automatically defaults to add the toppings, but doesn't doesn't when placed online. I spoke with Brandy and she said I could come back next week and they could fix it. (It's by my job not my home) I come in today and I let them know what happened last week. Im guessing by the woman's shirt she must have been a lead or shift manager, she has an attitude with me while comping it in their system. (Rolling her eyes) and they remake my order. At the same time, I am also picking up my coworkers online order and tell them I believe the same thing may have happened to them. But they wanted the BLT. A man who must be the manager by his button down shirt, blurts out in the rudest tone, "Well you seem to be the only one experiencing this issue!" I then try to explain the difference and why it's happening and he rolls his eyes and walks away while I was talking. I have been coming to this location over a year and I have never had service like this. I was shocked and disappointed! To the point I went back to tell everyone at my employer, as we all go almost weekly.While they fixed my overall problem the customer service from leadership was disgusting. Please do better! I did call corporate to hopefully rectify the Online vs App thing for you guys. I hope it was a one off and you do better next time. Youu could learn from your cashiers, as they are...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chicken Salad Chick in Irving, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. As I sat in my car, I couldn't contain my excitement as I prepared to write this review.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Caroline, who welcomed me with the warmest smile. Her genuine hospitality set the tone for the rest of my visit. I was then attended to by Rob and Cris, who were both incredibly friendly and engaging. It was clear that they genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service.

As someone who works in the service industry myself, I can easily distinguish between genuine and fake customer service. The team at Chicken Salad Chick in Irving truly embodies the essence of exceptional service. I felt appreciated and valued as a customer, and that made my experience even more enjoyable.

In today's fast-paced world, it's rare to find businesses that prioritize the basics of customer service. However, the team at Chicken Salad Chick in Irving has managed to maintain a high standard of service. This is a testament to the leadership of the store, as a team is only as good as its leader.

Yum! I tried a few different flavors, and Fruity Fran was my favorite so far. I'm definitely planning to try others! The broccoli salad and grape salad were delish. I'll definitely be back!

Flavor Update: Fruity Fran - still my favorite after trying several flavors Classic Carol - tasty but too plain for me Olivia's Old South - little bit better Fancy Nancy - close second to Fruity Fran Dixie Chick - I love this one with crackers; if you like onions, definitely try this one. Lauryn's Lemon Basil - very unique, LOTS of basil. I like it! Cranberry Kelly - The nuts in this one are great, and the dried cranberries provide a mild sweetness. Dillicious Diva - Hold the phone! This seasonal recipe is A-MAZ-ING. I love dill, and the freshness of the cucumber bits pushes this one over the top. (added summer 2022)

I like so many, but Fran, Dixie, and Dillicious Diva are my top 3! I will say that even though Fruity Fran is my favorite in a sandwich, it does not taste the same after a day or two in the fridge (the fresh fruit does not seem to hold up and stay fruity). Dixie or Diva do much better than Fran for Quick Chick takeout to save for another day.

New favorite soup: Chicken Poblano. SO GOOD! Also, the pumpkin cheesecake is delicious, and I so appreciate that it is a small slice for a reasonable price. Great serving...
