Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Irving

The so called manager there is rude and is to ahead of himself rude to women, and service it self ,i tried asking for an item that was missing and he tried to add up what i named i bought to see if it was accurate or i guess if i was lying and he thought i was because he started being rude and i had no time to get off and talk inside because i was in lunch break , he told me there was people waiting for me to hurry but i am a paying costumer , i even tried showing him my bank receipt because his employees did not give me a receipt but part of this is on me for not asking for one , just not so use to asking for one unless its giving , and most stores wont make such a big deal , i paid more than what he got adding up Everything i ordered since i didn't have a receipt , and he still thought i was lying , he said everything ordered came out to 23 but in my bank statement it say jack took out 26.52 , and i still ordered 2 shakes and PAYED them so he charged me 26 but what he say i got was 23 so he took 3 dollars from me , it ain"t nothing but I'm fed up with rude people especially managers at...

Do not go to this location. Very poor customer service. I ordered the new smack burger combo with onion rings and received old re fried onion rings that made them extremely hard and the burger had old buns that were dry and crumbling before I even put my hands on it. Then the bread had a mole spot on it. When I brought the food back to get my money the assistant manager on duty lied and said he was just a regular worker and his name was Dave. After showing Dave and the cook my food the cook told me yea but the meat is good… I could not believe it. His name was Dennis. He then began to tell me I can’t get my money back and I would have to come back in the morning. Do I pulled my phone out and started recording and this is when Save came clean and told me he was in fact the assistant manager and yes I could get my money… all of this took 45 minutes just to get my money back. Total confusion with two guys that did not comprehend English the rules or the SOP of Jack in Box… I’m so ready for robots or something to take my order and...

I worked for Jack back in 1968 since then Jack has alerted the content of its food, it’s kind of sad, because they had a pretty good menu line, that is nothing like it is today. Shakes are completely different from 1968, Jack at that time had the best tasting Shakes amongst the fast food industry, the shakes had tiny ice crystals, that would freeze the back of your throat, that would enhance the flavor of the shake, not any more, shakes are now creamy with a completely different consistency, they should have kept their original recipe. On to the Tacos, again probably the best fast food Tacos in the fast food world, real ground beef, now it’s not even meat, it’s some kind of ground up meal paste soybean product, I don’t even think there’s a stich of meat in their Tacos. Hamburger are not even close, and of course the fifty nine cent Jumbo Jack not ever worth mentioning, what do you expect from a Clown with a ginormous head, a carrot nose and a yellow pointed hat?
