After waiting for my order to be complete… the barista comes and drops the sandwiches in the counter in a rush and without even care how the sandwich will land or look inside the bag,, I had to opened them both bags and fix the bread to be aligned with the ham and egg that was thrown in there clearly. They didn’t put cheese at all on neither of them. The attitude of the person making the coffee was like she was hating to be there. I asked (excuse me,,, this egg white things where supposed to be 2 orders) her response was… (they didn’t charge you for it, you need to get back in the line if you want another one) wow!!! Not even sorry sir let me see what happened, or to say so in a more professional manner. No!, the whole experience was like I was asking them for favor. My bill was 24 dollars which is not something cheap. I definitely expected better from that place. I will drive 3 more miles next time, BUT DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK THERE. Read moreTook them a while to attend me. Am I picky? Kind of, but arriving there and seeing 6 employees and noticing that 3 handle the drive thru while the other 3 just do nothing is frustrating. I saw the drive thru employees handle 3 customers before someone greeted me and then took my order.
I know colored shirts at starbucks and the manager walked by, did not care about others but her tills and drive thru. Is this a Real Starbucks ? Why does the manager have 6 people working and herself to only let 3 people do all the real work ?
This is not a one time thing. I have been there multiple times throughout 4 years since it opened. I have waited and noticed things. But hey too large to fail it seems and no one commenting on bad service. It is a starbucks and my comment will go unnoticed as the manager has spoken to me many times about bad service.
I have commented on how they need to improve. Nothing has been done and time after time. It happens again. Are all you reviewers ok with bad service ?
Do you not know what real service looks like or is anymore ? Maybe that is why this place is still around in this area and why other places are...
Read moreI've been going to study here for years but today was very different. All of the staff (5pm) were younger people that I had never seen before so I figured they were high school kids working summer jobs, that's cool. I ordered my drink and cake pop and received my pop five min later with the cashier letting me know she forgot, that was ok. I waited about ten min wondering where my drink was. I went to the counter and asked while another customer asked for water and I was completely ignored by the girl behind the counter, but she was super sweet to the water customer. I asked about my drink, a young man picked up a sticker and placed it on a cup and went on. I figured it was my cup so I sat back down. My drink was called and I picked it up. Never once did any of the baristas make eye contact or spoke directly to me (besides the cashier) nor apologized or acknowledged I was standing right in front of them. So sorry for these kids who haven't yet learned that customer service is a part of their job description. So dissappointed, I miss the old staff, hope they're on vacation and these kids will be back in...
