These people are rude and have zero skills when it comes to customer service. Several times, they have messed up our pick up orders. It happened again two weeks ago, my wife ordered menu with hominy and without the feet they put in it . (I have never heard of menudo without hominy and with feet, pig's feet, I think). Got home and discovered that the order was wrong, it had feet in it and very little hominy, so I called then and the lady who answered identified herself as the manager and said her name was Maria. She offerred to take my name and give me a free menudo the next time I ordered. So fast forward two weeks, I walk in and am greeted by a waitress and when I tell her that I need to put in an order to go and that part of the order consists of a menudo to make up for one that was made wrong last time, she started to griill me as to what the exact date and time this happened. When I told her I did not have the exacat date, but that I had spoken with a manager named "Maria", she said that there was no manager by that name! Another lady came to question me and she said they had no record of anyone by my name being owed a menudo. She said however, she would "take my word for it". In essence, they did not believe me. I was told to wait while they prepared my food and then a young lady called me up and told me that she was one of the managers and that she had personally prepared the menudo so that it was correct as to what I ordered. I paid, thanked her and left. I got home and there were no corn tortillas. I called back and told her that the tortillas were missing and she said "The menudo was the only part of the order we got wrong. You got your tortillas last time, so you need to furnish your own tortillas. I told her that was absurd and she could've al least offerd to sell me some tortillas. She then told me that I should be happy that I got free menudo because she did not believe my claim about speaking to a manager the last time. I then asked her for the name of the boss or owner and she told me "Chinga tu madre" and hung up! All for an order of corn tortillas!! Long story but this is the treatment I received. I called the other location for assistance in reaching the owner or manager and the told me they would have to have him call me because they could not give me any info!! The food is not that good, we only went there because my wife thinks their menudo is accepable, but I will never go back there again. This is the kind of attitude that mankes people dislike illegals or wetbacks as I refer to them. Anyone who has ever been there knows good and well that a majority of the staff there do not have any legal documentation to be here. Stay away from...

Hello, I'm only gonna write a review since i see lots of haters writing, This place is really good, my parents have taken me there for years and the food has always been awesome, the people leaving bad comments either don't know what real Mexican food is like or they usually go to high-end restaurants like fogo de chao or rodizio brazil, which i doubt, I run a restaurant myself and still usually take my wife to Doña Lencha. you cant go wrong with the place, if your server is taking a little longer with your food first take a look around, if they are busy and for any reason they are short handed it is obvious they are going to take a little longer, if the food is not the way you wanted then think that they cant satisfy everyone's palate.
