Burger King — Restaurant in Irving

I went in there earlier today during my lunch break with my daughter full of good energy and smiles ready to grab our food and go home and eat. Well that energy turned quick. As the young gentleman the cashier explained how their slushy machine is not working which is now a inconvenience each time it hasn’t been working while ordering for my kids and instead of that not being our fault to let us get something else same size for that price right? Well I’m like yes we can have the milk shakes smalls and then here comes the manager who I had the issue with she explains you will need to pay the difference and I stated no mam we will not and refund the slushy drinks crazy how it’s always broken. She starts doing something at register and then goes with a little attitude you will need to refund thru the app and walks away! Uhm hello apps not all the time refund your shit so that pissed me off and keep in mind I don’t get pissed and go alittle crazy in person while having any of my kids but what really got me as she just walked off like nothing so I asked the gentleman how the heck am I suppose to refund thru app not all apps even refund you like they’re suppose too and I want to speak with her have her come back to the counter so she’s IGNORING me entire time and right infront of me speaks in Spanish to him when she clearly spoke English perfectly fine to my face and I’m like sir grab a pen and paper whatever paper and write her name down to me so I can report her being unprofessional and non helpful and he was like I don’t have any paper and I go sir there’s napkins paper receipts get one of those and write her name down. He goes and tells her she actually came back and wrote her little name on the receipt paper and I snatched that shit right out of her hand and I spoke loudly how she being a manager you were very unprofessional and couldn’t direct me of the situation and had to speak in Spanish and have your cashier relay message to me when you spoke English very well and clear to me to tell me you can’t refund me and I have to do it thru the app and walk away like your miss big shit? No honey your service sucks and if you can’t be a manager and handle any situations and be under pressure you don’t need to be in that position period!!!!!! Wow the person working the drive thru needs to have a owner of the place drive thru and experience what is going on. I work for delivery companies I was ordering my meals for the customer and I gave the name and the code for the order. The guy says o man sorry we already turned off the shake machine we can offer a pie? I could not understand what he was saying so I said excuse me what was that? He screamed in the microphone i said CHOCOLATE PIE!! ALSO MOVE YOUR TAKING TIME ON MY CLOCK FOR ORDERS. I said ok let me call them and ask. Then as I move OFF THERE timers to call the customer I see the people in the store doing texting on there phones and laughing and playing around. I get a hold of the customer and they said yes this is fine to give the pie! So I go back after waiting a good 20 mins now late for my order and I ask were is the food? He says o man our bad we forgot about it. Then I also got my order without the drink. Sauces for the order. Let me start off by saying this I usually don't write reviews ever!!! I usually frequent this burger King to get the nuggets for my son.... I went through the drive thru tonight maybe around 9:30 10:00 pm I tried to order 2 nuggets and a value fry the lady kept getting it wrong so just ended up get 1 nugget 1 fry (even though we kept repeating 2 nuggets 1 fry) we just gave up. We get to the window to pay and we paid, but while waiting for our food the lady walked away from the window. As she was coming back her face was all screwed up (like someone told her something she didn't like) as she handed our food thru the window she just opened it enough so her hand could fit out the window with the bag and nastily handed it to us. Me and my husband were just like how freaking rude! The lack of customer service skills were super sucky from this lady. She didn't even look to see if we had the bag of food or not! Definitely taking a break from this burger...
