I never usually go to this location but I did last Friday because it was on my route for the morning and I really needed a good cup of coffee before work.
I placed my order around 7:23 am and my estimated pickup time was 7:33 am. I was already late for work but I patiently waited for my order.
When it did not arrive until 7:36 am, I asked once of the baristas about my order. She could see my name there, way before many people that already received my orders and I showed her my receipt with correct address and store pickup option.
I asked her if she could find out if someone was working in my order. She was not making a drink or attending to other people but was only standing behind the mobile order pickup counter. She asked the lady working beside her about my order. The lady replied āNOā.
She never even followed up with any coworkers that were working on making drinks, did not inform anyone that my order hasnāt been worked on, did not update me of what was going on. She just stood there.
I waited for a few more minutes but I was already very late at that point and I asked her the cancel the order. She said okay but did not do anything to cancel the order. I asked her again if she could cancel it, she said yes but I never received my refund. Not sure if starbucks does not provide refunds for orders not received.
Will not be returning to this location again. During my wait, I also decided to use the bathroom but it did not lock and...

Update Kept that drink until I got off work and returned it with no issues, was able to get my white hot chocolate the next morningā¦. Thanks to the friendly worker who helped without hesitation
*Tried this store one more time this morning 11/22 and I said White hot chocolate, lady said white hot chocolate mocha, I said NO just white hot chocolate and she even changed it on the screen. Cup read hot white chocolate, so rides off only for it to be a white hot chocolate MOCHA š¤ I will never give them my money again. $4 is just too much to get my order...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI think this is my second (or third) time reviewing this location. They are horrible. I ordered a iced lavender cream oatmilk matcha. She tells me lavender is out of season. I say ok and before I can even tell her which other cream I want, she says "which means I can't make it". I mean, obviously, lol. I tell her I'd like strawberry cream instead. I get my order and have no idea where my strawberry cream is. Additionally, I was ordering an oatmilk matcha yet that's not what I received. Every time I come to this Starbucks, I have an issue. It's been like this for over a year. I'll find a small cafe to go to going forward so my negative reviews can stop. Starbucks quality and service has went to the dumps and I can't justify spending $7.79 for something I didn't ask for. I only go to this location because it's near my job....
