I wish I could give no stars. For starters, when I place large orders for my office staff I don’t usually do it at this location because they are usually quite disorganized and something is always wrong with the order. So I normally go to one of the other Starbucks locations I pass. However today I placed it here. Big mistake, and I know better. I have an order of $50 worth of drinks, when I arrive there is a barista where the mobile orders are and I let her know I was there for the large order, I then asked her for a couple bags or something that I could use to help carry this many drinks. I work in a hospital and have to get through the screening downstairs and to the third floor, with my work bag as well, oh and I’m 7 months pregnant. She got very aggressive and stated no those bags are only for Uber eats. I was shocked at first at how blunt she was I almost thought she was joking. So I tried to explain to her how far I’ll have to carry them and if she could make an exception. She again said no you don’t have anyone who can help you? I said no otherwise I wouldn’t be asking for the bags, I also let her know the last time I had ordered this large order there they gave me two large bags with no questions or hassle. She proceeded to tell me they shouldn’t have done that and if her district manager finds out... I asked her for the district managers number because I am also a manager and I’m sure she and I could work something out for two bags to help carry this order. She was obviously angered by this as she would not look at me nor talk to me after that she told another employee she needed 2 large bags and set them on the counter by me and stomped off. I wasn’t able to get her name and I didn’t want to bother anyone else there because they were actually working. Long story short, they lost a customer. Anyways, if I were her district manager I’d be a lot more concerned with her attitude and treatment of customers than 2 bags. Oh and I forgot to mention, that when I got to the office the drinks were not all right. So again, I will not go...
Read moreWORST STARBUCKS EVER!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT PLASTIC IN YOUR DRINK. Ordered in the app and went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 drinks one for me and one for my husband. My husband drinks his White Mocha Frappe halfway and noticed plastic in his mouth. We went back to let them know and asked to speak to a manager. Someone who claimed to be a manager was very rude and unprofessional after she realized she made the drink and took the drink and threw it in the trash. Something had broken or something clearly happened that she was aware of. Then continues to ask us to get out the store because we were broke people looking for a free drink. Only if she knew…. She said her name is FHA thought that’s a loan you get for your house. Then threatens us to call the police because we asked for our drink back after she threw in it the trash and continues to say I am not digging in the trash to get that drink and then says to come on Monday to talk to the store manager. I called the police because I guess she thought we will get scared and run away if she mentions police. While we are waiting she tells us if we want to wait inside the store then SHUT UP or we can wait outside for the police. I thought you had to have certain qualifications to be a manager. Once the police were called the other 2 girls that were there they took out the trash that had the drink out. This is the worst experience I have had at Starbucks. This so called manager...
Read moreI love my experiences here they are all welcoming and know my name and my order and take care of me even though my order is a ask me they never ask me anymore I get greeted by name I love Sean and Molly and there manager sorry bad with names but they all have great attitudes and make my morning I go every morning I am a loyal customer and loyal to this store particularly even though sometimes I am not there and go else where bc I don't live by this location but I can tell you there is no comparison to this store and staff .I was never even a Starbucks fanatic but bc of the service and the welcomeness and great spirits and they make my drink and food perfect and like I said without even saying and greeted by. I have become a star bucks connesoiur. I hope there boss takes as good as care of them as they do there customers bc they deserve it. And the manager like I said is awesome to so I am sure she takes good care of them.Its a diverse environment I love it and I could keep going for hours writing.
