Arrived home late from being out of town and decided I would stop by my favorite place on my way home from the airport. I looked for Chipotle's on my way home and found this one. BIG MISTAKE!! Should have just gone to my regular one.
Worst Chipotle experience of my life. I placed my order for 2 orders of soft tacos to go (1 chicken, 1 beef), the girl taking orders started making my tacos because she was the only one working(other than the cashier). In the meantime, another girl came and took the order from the guy behind me. (Normally, my server would have ask that they finish my order).
I had to ask her twice for more cheese, ( I wish I had hake pictures) and when she was finished, you couldn't even see the cheese on there. She wraps them up and hands them to the cashier and I told her I had another order. My server looked at me like I had 2 heads, so I reminded her that I had placed 2 orders. But we went back so she could get my other tacos fixed. The cashier said she would hold my order.
Meanwhile, guy behind me is at the register and he walks off with my first order. When I got to the register, now that my order was complete, she is out of breath and says "I got your tacos right here, that guy took them" I was a bit confused as to how it all happened as I was still in the line. She acted like I owed her something for "saving" my food.
BTW - second set of tacos came out with even less cheese, I swear this girl acted like she would have to pay for cheese shortages.
We eat at chipotle at least once a week and this was my worst experience in over 10 years. Lesson learned, I will continue to patronize the ones either in Lewisville by Best Buy or Beltline Road across from Target. This one is a joke and the girls working there need...
Read moreToday I made a visit to the store listed above. During my visit I was discriminated, disrespected, and very disappointed in the services I received from the store manager. The lack of professionalism, empathy and integrity speaks volume in the actions of the leader. Once I made a complaint about the preparation of my order made by the manager, I asked another employee if she could complete my order, which she agreed. The manager then interrupted our interactions to then speak in Spanish (no knowing that I understood her.) she instructed the employee to give me a small portion, which the employee complied. The portion was much lesser than the first order. I expressed my concerns, and the manager begin raised her voiced and stated that she can charge me for double meat, which was never my request. I asked her not to yell at me. She continues to reply aggressively and continued to engage in a back and forward verbal altercation. I asked for corporate/complaint or management contact information. The manager told me she did not know who her manager was, nor did she have any contact information to give me. They staff also stated that they did not know. I was on my lunch break and just waned t eat my meal. I only asked questions about my portion, which I felt cheated. Now we ae here and i have to take additional time to write a complaint about the poor customer services received today. The manager disregarded my concerns and discarded both prior orders. I placed an order for pickup and not only did they mistakenly make a bowl instead of a burrito but they didn’t bother to let me know that they were out of sofritas and instead decided to just not put any protein in my order whenever I paid for a DOUBLE portion. It was disappointing but not a huge deal since I live 7mins away. As I’m driving back I called in so they can start on the new order but they never picked up the phone, as I am pulling up still attempting to reach them by phone I see that they already have chairs up to close at 8pm when they close at 10pm, the lobby was empty, and the phone was off. I told them I had been calling for 10mins that they should check the phone and no one bothered checking. I let them know my order was completely wrong and in Spanish (someone who seemed to be in charge) told the worker who was fixing my order to just dump the bowl into a tortilla, they didn’t know I knew spanish and that I understood everything they were saying.
