I first was greeted by an older woman who told me to wait up to 10 minutes before taking my order so she can make her mobile orders instead that she was behind on rather than a “hello i’ll be right with you”. i then asked her if she can set aside two loafs of the Italian Herb Cheese bread because i know from prior visits this store is always sold out of that bread and i wanted to ensure i was getting what i pay for.. she then asked me again what i said because she wasn’t fluent in english, so the younger gentleman working behind the counter had to repeat it, then i heard the hispanic woman whisper to him “Just take his order then.” I then proceeded to order my two subs and when i got home to enjoy my meal i bit into something that was as hard as a rock in my sandwich. I threw it up in my sink to try to see what caused my tooth to almost break and it was a black seed that was the size of a quarter. I took a photo of this seed that i spit out and i would like to email somebody in subway corporate because had i bit into my sub a little harder, my tooth could have cracked. And had my tooth been cracked from being served a huge seed like that i doubt Subway would pay for my dental expenses. i’m still in a lot of pain writing this complaint. Please have someone contact me back on this issue so we can work towards a resolution. i don’t think that was very professional at all if you ask me. the same female employee who told me to wait 10 minutes for her to finish her mobile orders told another woman in line behind me the same thing and she just walked out the store and left. sounds to me like she was just saying that in hopes customers would leave so she can catch up on her online orders. just overall a terrible experience and i used to love coming here but after this i don’t think i’ll...
Read moreHaving my sandwich made was a great experience here and I have no issue with that part. However, where my experience went south was with the cashier. For some of reason, he acted like I should know Subway's systems. He asked if I wanted a meal, I said yes. He proceeds to grab a cup when I said I actually was wanting a bottled water. He scoffs in disgust because apparently he has to adjust my order (strike 1). Once that was done he said he was ready for payment. I pulled out my Subway gift card and it didn't go through. When he saw I was paying with a gift card, he scoffed in disgust AGAIN (strike 2), saying under his breath but loud enough I could hear, that he needed to know in advance that I was paying with a gift card. Keep in mind that he never asked me anything through all of this. He ASSUMED what I wanted then got frustrated at me for his apparent inconvenience (strike 3). Not the first time I've had a bad experience because of this guy. Y'all lost a customer due to his rudeness, and I'll be driving an additional 10 minutes to another location just to...
Read moreCame to this Subway ordered a roast beef footlong. I guess the guy was new and he started making my sandwich. No problem there. He may have added two extra pieces roast beef to my sandwich. He passes my sandwich to the manager and she says double meat. I say no. She rips open my sandwich and removes three slices of roast beef and puts it back in the bin. I'm like....what in world is this lady doing. She leaves my sandwich there and goes to the back calls the other employee at the register to talk mess about the new employee. The employee at the register comes back and tells the new employee you are doing a great job. The manager comes back all agitated and continues to make my sandwich. I say I want spinach and ranch on my spinach. She doesn't put no ranch. I have to tell her again to add ranch. I get my other veggies and ask for extra parmesan. She only put very little. At this point I said whatever and paid for my order. This manager wants to talk mess about the new employee while the unsweet tea is out. Tables are messy. Condiments are not full and the...
