6/9/25 - Still no refund. Phone call to customer service led to no resolution. In case anyone thinks I'm the only one having this issue just go onto Pissed consumer website and you'll see how many bad reviews there are of promised refunds that never seem to appear in our accounts. Tom Thumb=TRASH. They will never see one single penny of my money as long as I remain on this earth.
Update to previous review: As of 6/4/25 still no refund. Investigation of my request was supposed to take 5-7 days and my refund was then supposed to be funded in 5-7 days. Its been 9 days. Total of 14 days and still no refund.
Updated review 5/19/25: #1 Just know that they use Uber to deliver food. I didn't know that or I wouldn't have done it. Uber doesn't have a great track record delivering for me. #2 I got an email that my refund was denied. #3 I got another email that said it was denied because it exceeded automatic refund amount #4 I was told they forwarded my issue to the store for investigation and that process takes 5-7 days #5 Who has money to repurchase $$150 worth of groceries until they get refunded??? #6 I responded to the email and said I've left a 1-star google review and will be happy to update my review after the funds are back in my account. It will take me 5-7 business days to update my review. Fair? I guess in the future if I need to order groceries in the future I will go back to Amazon Fresh. They immediately refund you for any damaged or missing items. You can't beat that.
Delivery is complete and utter trash! I didn't receive half my order and the missing items were the whole reason I placed the order. Literally out of the 50 items I ordered I might have received 20. ....think twice before you...
Read morePosting here to get attention of the store manager. From the last few months, out of the two gates of the stores, I see one of the gate is permanently closed. Not sure whats the reason but during pandemic when we are practicing social distancing, I guess closing one gate and use the second gate for both incoming and outgoing traffic is counter-productive. Though in aisle they have tried to have traffic flow in one direction only but why not at the main entrance. With only one gate operational, its impossible to get in or get out of the store without getting close to other peoples entering or exiting the same time. As your store already have two gates why not make one of them entry only and another for exist only which can help in social distancing without any cost. This will help make sure people can keep distance while entering and exiting the store. Also once (only once) I saw one staff standing in the middle of gate as a greeter and probably ensuring everyone is wearing the mask. Making a staff stand in the middle of gate which is a high traffic area is not a great idea. They get exposed to too...
Read moreToday had to be the worst service we've ever received! I had seven items. Nothing big. Went through customer service line, showed Vickie what we had and asked if she minded if we checked out with her. Told us "yeah" set my basket on the counter, and she didn't like that. Got an attitude and told me to move my basket to the other side. Fine no problem, even got everything out of the basket for her. She never looked at us while we checked us out. She got even more rude when we couldn't get the credit card machine to take our phone number. Kept telling us to enter it in and wouldn't listen when we told her it wasn't working. She sighed real big, when we told her she rang up the wrong mushroom. Twice! We kept our cool and used our manners, didn't get rude with her once. We kept telling her they we're baby Bellas, she finally rang up crimini mushrooms and threw them in a bag..then asked for our number again. Still never once looking at us.
