Agave Bar & Grill at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas — Restaurant in Irving

Service was a little bit slow when sitting at the actual restaurant; however, staff was apologetic after not noticing us sit down. We got the burger as well as BBQ nachos. The burger was excellent and I felt that the nachos were good but not as good as the burger. While pool side, we got a piña colada that was excellent. The prices are what you would expect for the Ritz but I felt that when coupled with the pool and resort experience, it made sense and was within what I was expecting. I hung out here while my wife attended TexSom elsewhere in the hotel. The bar hasn't many seats, but it's shaded and I had no problem sitting down each day given most people take their foid/drinks to a table or pool-side. Chet, Joel, Frederick, and Brittany were wonderful servers and bartenders that were friendly and made the time pass quickly.
