GNC — Local services in Irving

They claim it’s a corporate store but I highly doubt it. The lady that works on Sundays knows absolutely nothing, anything you ask she just gonna say ‘ I DON’T KNOW’. I went to make a return I had my receipt and all the information needed. She straight up said no to do it and then when I told her to call the manager she was so upset and rude. When I told her I have everything and already know I can make the return after a lot of convincing she finally called her manager who said in the first go yes they can return it. She took about 30 minutes and was so unpleasant. No thank you or apologies....

It would b a 5 but they charged me for 12 protein bars instead of 2! This is not all there fault for I didn't look at my receipt till a wk later. Roy was super nice n helpful n I hope it was a mistake n he didn't pocket the overcharge. I will go bck and try again next time...
