My experience with your establishment this morning was incredibly frustrating, marking the worst customer service I have ever encountered. It's clear that some of your staff lack fundamental training in order management and customer interaction. At 8:20 AM, I placed an order for five pupusas and was quoted a 15-20 minute wait. I arrived at 8:38 AM, expecting my order to be ready, but it was not. After waiting an additional five minutes, by 8:45 AM, my order was still not prepared. A staff member, Gabriela C., then handed me a bag, which I assumed contained my order. As I was about to leave, she approached my car, stating she had accidentally given me an extra breakfast item that needed to be removed. I returned the bag to her. I then waited another ten minutes in my car, growing increasingly frustrated, as she did not return with my correct order. Upon re-entering the store, I asked about the status of my pupusas. Gabriela C. responded with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude, stating they were "not ready yet." It is completely unacceptable to wait an hour for pupusas, especially after being initially given an incorrect order and then ignored. When I questioned how she could have given me an order only to take it back, she continued to ignore me, turning away and refusing to address my concerns. My request for a refund was also met with silence and continued disregard. I have my receipt and all details of this incident documented. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for a customer is simply unacceptable. It raises serious questions about your hiring and training processes. I will never return to your establishment. The icing was too much and out of places and inconsistently applied; some areas were thin while others were overly thick. Additionally, there were jewels on the cake that were covered in frosting, which detracted from their intended decorative effect. Moreover, the flowers adorning the cake were not provided by the baker but rather taken from a floral arrangements she had available. While I appreciate that she utilized what was available, it would have been more appropriate for her to include fresh flowers as part of her service or at least communicate this beforehand.
