Gino's Pizza — Restaurant in Irvington

Very Unprofessional Workers! I went to order a slice, I asked how much and was told $4! When the pizza was ready I went to pay with a $10 bill, receiving back a dollar. The math ain’t adding up! I told the guy I gave him a ten so where’s my change, he proceeds to tell me…you gave me $5…arguing with me and the person I’m with! He tells me he must check the camera, ok…I give him time to do so…taking other peoples order they refuse to acknowledge me and let me know if they are really checking the footage…about 10 minutes later another worker gives me back my 10 with NO RESPECT. I received no apology…NOTHING! Asked him what did you see on the camera, that I gave you a $10 bill correct? Giving no eye contact and seeming guilty he replies NO...

My friend recommended this place to me. On the taste aspect, It's not much different from other Korean restaurants in Manhattan KTown. I was really impressed by the great amount of free appetizers offered to us- many 10ish dishes. We ordered squid bimbimbump, ginseng chicken soup, seafood pancake, and they were quite a lot!!
