Subway — Restaurant in Irvington

I made an order on the Subway app. I got the receipt in my e-mail and it updated saying they were making my order. When my mother went for pick-up, the staff said they never received an online order. I rechecked my inbox and there was no notice of cancellation and no refund found. These people made me repurchase another sandwich.

While my sandwich was being made, I went into the app and clicked the number associated with my order. Lo and behold, the phone rang at the Subway my mother was already at. The same employee I heard on her phone was the same person who answered the phone. I explained to her that I called this number from the order confirmation I received. She still could not give me an answer and told me I needed to come in the following day. When I asked for a central number, she stated that the current number was the only number she knew. How do you not know the main number for your company? She didn’t even try to look for one.

The food is good...

I ordered a #33....the meat was spread like mayo, very light...I had more bread than the actual sandwich...you can't call these Sandwiches stackers or whatever football subs and all you get is bread. I spent $12 bucks on bread...the meat counter is covered so all I seen was them pull the onions and peppers then it went back to the hidden area and was wrapped up...if I would have seen the scarce meat, I would have said something...but again the meat counter was covered. My second time at this location..first time it was so hot I couldn't sit and eat in the store. I need the chain to help this location out. It's...

Very Poor Customer Service. Manager was NOT wearing his Mask.We weren’t greeted when We walked inside, the workers were very grumpy asked them can we order and only reply we recieved was you have to wait smh how would we even know if we had to wait if they never greeted us and said anything these people were just walking around us like we were even there.
