4/10/23 - Trying to make another order and I see the online ordering has changed...We need to place orders on a weekly basis now. Can someone give our agency a call? UDPDATE: Thank you Golden Krust for addressing this issue. We received the order and it wa,s by far, the best jerk chicken we have had from any Golden Krust that we have visited before. If/when we begin ordering out again, we will put you back into our roster and hopefully not have a repeat of our original problem. Thank you again. Original Issue: Ordered 35 lunch specials and 4 dozen cocktail patties on MONDAY for a pickup on WEDNESDAY (more than ample notice right?). Called on Tuesday after receiving email confirmation that they received and accepted the order. And again on Wednesday to confirm that the order would be ready on-time . "Yes, everything will be ready by then." Have the driver in the store waiting for food and it's now 15 minutes AFTER pick-up time requested and still have no food, yet waiting on every customer walking through the door BEFORE preparing this almost $400 order...I call the store directly and I'm told it will be another 10 minutes and that they usually schedule big orders like this for days when they have more ppl...what does that even mean?? You had this order 2 days in advance and didn't schedule more people in. This is what I get for trying to order local and give our people money...I wish I could cancel the order and get our money back, but I have a building full of people waiting for food. 20 minutes AFTER scheduled pickup time, finally he walks out with food... and some of which aren't even complete meals. Full plates, but...

I frequent this restaurant very often and my service and my service is usually good. I have someone ordering some food for me and I'm on face time with them. The fair skin lady with glasses on walked to the counter and one of the foods, I couldn't make out what it was over the phone so I told the person on the phone to ask what it was. The woman says curry something and mumbled under her breath "how you come here and you don't know what you're ordering". Keep in mind breakfast is almost over... then I asked the person over the phone to ask if there was any meat/stuff to go with the provisions because they only had the "curry something, pumpkin, and boiled dumplings on the breakfast side. Same lady answered no and walked off and never returned. Continued to look at the food and low and behold there was indeed "stuff" to go with the provisions on the other side where they have the lunch. There was a darkskin man that assisted when asked about what we were looking at, just to make sure. Now another woman comes over (a heavy set light skin woman) and asked if we needed help and proceeded to help. She's normally helpful and nice. Everybody weh a walk inna di place nah go know everything weh deh ya, and dat did very rude, especially so early inna di mawnin. Unnu haffi do betta. This place serves good food, perhaps the worst service in the entire world! This might sound exaggeration. However, I kid you not. If you have been starving, just go to McDonald's. You will survive, but don't mistakenly come here cause you might die. These people serving, old or young, they might be high on weed cause they always work on cruise control. They care less if there is a fire or the sky falling, and they continue to serve on a cruise control mode and delay you in every aspect. It's been over 10 years, and nothing has changed. After 4 years, I figured maybe things have changed, boy, how I was wrong! 8 people in front of me and 15 minutes gone, how not one body has moved. Leave me 10 minutes to clock in for work, where I ran out in anger. I promised myself never to go back, instead drive 8 minutes from home to a new place who cooks good ox tail, jerk chicken curry goat and plenty. Parking is an issue.
