Antonino's Pizza — Restaurant in Isabela

So today I placed an order at 5:30pm through their web page. The order was supposed to be delivered at 6:30pm. I called at 6:30 and my friend called again at 7:30. Both times we were told the order had already left the store and would be here in about 10 minutes and a refund or discount could not be given because the order has already been paid for. I will say the girl who answered the phone was polite. It is now 8:10pm and I still haven't received my order.

Update: 8:38PM called and asked that they remake my order and I would pick it up. Also, asked if they would throw in cheesesticks for free for the 3 hour wait which she said she would.

9:00ish pm-Get there pick up my order and IT WAS THE WRONG PIZZA!😖 They gave me all meat pizza and I ordered the ultimate combination pizza with no chorizo and paid extra to add bacon. Wasn't about to wait any longer to eat so just took my losses. At least I got to eat and free...

I purchased a medium pepperoni pizza twice within one week. The first order came with breadsticks that I did not order but paid for them, nonetheless. That cost was $18 and change. The second medium pepperoni pizza order came with a Coke, which I did request, however, the cost this time was $23 and change. Guessing when it's a cash order they charge whatever they want but with this practice, I would not trust them with a credit card number. If paying cash, I recommend you ask for the total before getting...
