During a visit to the local food truck park, I stumbled upon a truck called "Candela." The menu offered a decent variety, and the prices seemed reasonable, so I decided to give it a try, sticking to something basic since it was my first time. Unfortunately, the experience started off on a less-than-ideal note. There was a noticeable delay before the girl at the window finally took our order.
I opted for the sesame chicken bento box. The dumplings were just okay—they tasted like the frozen ones you can easily find at any supermarket, not the homemade quality I was hoping for. The fried rice, on the other hand, was disappointing. It was overly oily, and the excess grease overshadowed any other flavors the dish might have had. The sesame chicken itself was decent, but nothing particularly special.

In summary, my first impression of "Candela" left a lot to be desired. While I might consider returning to give them another chance, the experience wasn’t particularly memorable. Good customer service is essential for any business, and when it’s lacking, even the food can’t compensate enough to keep customers...
