My favorite place on earth to drink an ice cold beer and watch any game. Julio is an absolute chef. His Puerto Rican cuisine is second to none, especially the ensalada pulpo and he only serves the freshest food. The empanadillas are so flaky and the carne frita is heavenly. Without question, Julio 's has the coldest beer and I know because I worked there. The beer is almost frozen and always frosty and frothy. The service is A+. Bring your family and hang out and listen to either salsa music, live salsa music on the weekends. It is completely safe and everyone is friendly and grateful for visitors. Ask Julio to do a magic trick for you. Julio's is my happy place and I miss it more and...

A great spot where locals make you feel welcome. We're from Canada visiting PR and we stayed a few days in Isabela. Happened on this place by chance and it was a great surprise!
