Passed by this place to see a loooooong line waiting for frituras. Decided to stop and wait in said line and was so happy with my empanadas I stood in line again to grab some more. This is a good spot to grab a snack if you're in the area and don't want to pay exorbitant prices like at Jobos beach. I bought 4 empanadas, a coke and a frutas juice for $11 and change. That's pretty darn good prices if you ask me. There's no actual parking so you'll have to pull off onto the shoulder to park. There are maybe about 4 or 5 tables to sit at to eat. This establishment is a staple to the community. This place is open early 24/7 serving empanadas, rellenos, and other similar fare at very reasonable prices and are enjoyed by locals and tourists alike.

La Parada de los Surfers is not to be missed whether you are visiting or from here. But this is already known if you are from the area.

We enjoy whatever it is that we order every time, but my favorite is a cup of coffee and a shrimp empanada to start the morning.

I have been going here for more than 10 years and never thought to review it. This place is amazing, we got 14 very good sized empanadas and paid 24 usd. We feed 5 people with enough left for a 6th person. The pulpo, carne, and shrimp are on point.
