I placed an order on uber eats one of the items I ordered was a $10 bagel sandwich, and since there was no option to add cream cheese through the app, I kindly requested that it be spread on the bagel. I was surprised to see an extra charge of nearly $2.50 for that small request—especially considering that your menu allows up to 10 complimentary condiments and spreads for this item alone. I only selected salt and pepper. I want to be clear: I’m not saying it’s wrong to charge for extras, but this felt like a really harsh call. Sometimes it’s worth taking a small hit—$0.20 or so—to make a customer feel appreciated, especially on a larger order. Charging $2.50 for something so minor just felt excessive. Honestly, it came off as a bit of a dick move, and that kind of thing says a lot about the place and how it handles customer service. I’m not reaching out because I care about the money—I’m reaching out because I value good service and wanted to give you the opportunity to hear directly how it came across. I hope this feedback helps in some way.

Seriously one of the few great bagel shops out there these days. Their bagels are delicious and are a good size. Let alone their pork roll, egg and cheese is delicious! I also always get their caramel latte which is basically an addiction now haha. I recommend them 100%. I just wish they were closer to home then my work.

Great food. It is reasonable priced and they have a large variety of breakfast and lunch items. The Hungry Man Omelette was very good. The home fries were also good. The bagel was good though I felt there could have been a little more butter added personally. Overall, a very good experience.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bagel Run, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cozy interior and the aroma of freshly baked bagels instantly made me feel right at home.

First and foremost, let's talk about the star of the show—the bagels. Oh, my goodness! They were perfection. The menu offered a wide variety of flavors, ranging from classic plain and sesame to more adventurous options like jalapeno cheddar and everything bagels. Each one I tried was impeccably crafted, with a crusty exterior and a soft, chewy interior that was simply heavenly. It's clear that the bagels at Bagel Run are made with great care and attention to detail.

The selection of spreads and toppings was equally impressive. They had everything from traditional cream cheese variations to unique and flavorful options like sundried tomato and honey walnut. I particularly enjoyed trying different combinations and exploring the explosion of flavors with each bite. It's clear that Bagel Run takes pride in providing an array of choices to satisfy every palate.

The service at Bagel Run was exceptional. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and always willing to offer recommendations or answer any questions. They made sure every aspect of my dining experience was enjoyable, from taking my order promptly to providing a clean and welcoming environment. Their passion for their craft and dedication to customer satisfaction truly shone through.

Another aspect worth mentioning is the beverage selection. Bagel Run offers an impressive array of coffee and tea options to complement their bagels. I ordered a cup of their freshly brewed coffee, and it was rich, smooth, and aromatic—exactly what I needed to kick-start my day. Whether you're a coffee aficionado or a tea enthusiast, you'll find something to please your taste buds here.

Lastly, the prices at Bagel Run were reasonable and provided excellent value for the quality of food and service offered. It's rare to find a place that combines exceptional taste with affordability, but Bagel Run manages to do just that.

In conclusion, Bagel Run is a gem of a restaurant that knows how to make a perfect bagel. The delicious variety of flavors, top-notch service, inviting atmosphere, and reasonable prices all contribute to an outstanding dining experience. Whether you're looking for a quick bite on the go or a cozy spot to enjoy breakfast with friends, Bagel Run is the place to be. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning for more...

My self and my family come in 1-2 times a week times ranging from 8am-12 pm since new ownership. They were my favorite tasting bagel place but the rude customer service I have received in the past as well as today was the icing to this review. We spend about $2,500 a year on this place. We have 3 kids and myself and wife.

Called originally at 12:06 busy signal for first 10 minutes (called again it rang went to voicemail)

Called one last time and ( the Italian man that’s always there, guessing the owner). Answered with an attitude saying “PLEASSSEEEE HOLDdd” and emphasized it with an attitude and slammed the phone down. Forgot to press hold and the hold continued so long I was able to drive there. While on hold he was joking and laughing. I hung up and walked in. No one was there besides 2 people sitting and eating and one customer waiting to get there food. Phone was still off the hook. I let owner know, we come here often and if they were excepting phone orders, he turned, looked at phone off the hook and said ugh yeah... then told him what I stated above. No yelling just said I’ll take my business elsewhere. If a business looses 2500 a year n cool with it. I’m good, back...

This used to be a great place to get your breakfast. Not anymore. Lots of new faces here now and, well, now a breakfast sandwich takes 25 minutes to make (still waiting) while very few customers are here. Unless you're buddy-buddy with the new people - you aren't getting your food in any sort of timely fashion. Everyone who came in after me and ordered after me got their food already.

To address the owner's reply: none of what you said made sense other than that the cooks are the same. Yes, the food tastes the same, that's about it. However, please don't tell me the kids who work the counter don't prioritize their friends over some poor schmo they don't know. While I was waiting for one little breakfast sandwich 3 school/college age kids came in, had some fun conversations with kids behind the counter, ordered, and got their food all after me. Also, I've worked the grill in my youth, I understand the concept. However, if the same food is ordered at different times and not delivered in accordance with those said times - it isn't a question for the cook, it's the question for the children who run...
