Joaquin is a fantastic representative for your company. If you haven’t already, you really should give him a gigantic raise for his outstanding personality and salesmanship.

I came into the store to find out about a text message I received from AT&T, saying thanks for my recent payment. But the text was addressed to Another Person. I came in to find out what was going on.

Joaquin figured out that it was a scam.

I thanked him he thanked me by letting me know about the Cable package AT&T has with Direct TV. And the NFL package as well. (Sounded so good that I almost walked out of there with it!! Unfortunately it supplied no Internet service. If you had that, it would have been a Done Deal. I hope you work out the bugs with whatever it is that’s holding that up…!)

I then told him that I’d be back when I can afford to upgrade my phone (iPhone SE) as soon as I can afford to. Joaquin then proceeded to show me exactly how little more it would actually cost me, and that I COULD Afford it, and I ended up walking outta there with a new phone, screen protection, which he masterfully installed, he also included a protective case and wall charger adapter! He even swapped everything out from my old phone, to my new one within minutes! YES, He Is THAT GOOD!!! I am totally pleased with what he suggested!

Joaquin Is A KEEPER!!!

Now, I have a personal mechanic for my car, and a professional technician/salesperson to rely upon for all my phone needs.

Yesterday I was having a problem with my cell phone I thought I needed a new charger but the problem was in the plug outlet of my phone. I decided with the help of Brianna to purchase a new phone. At first I was very leery because I am very old-school and anything new with technology intimidates me. I have been using an iPhone 7 for the past three years after using a flip phone for many years. It took me a very long time to learn the iPhone but I finally did it. I thought that I would have to go through that all over again when I purchased a new phone. Brianna was so helpful and she assured me that she would help me through it. She told me all the information that was in my old phone would be transferred to the new phone which it was, that was a big relief! When that was all done she showed me around the phone and made it so easy for me. I couldn’t thank her enough! I she was very patient and very knowledgeable. Once again I cannot say enough about the staff that works at the AT&T store located in Jackson I have been a customer for over 20 years and I am not a text savvy person at in anyway I ask a lot of questions they are very patient with me they are super experienced the customer service there is exactly what I imagine customer service should be at any establishment these young men know what they’re doing they do it efficiently and every experience I’ve ever had there run smoothly they understand my issues and they do it with grace.
