Wawa — Restaurant in Jackson Township

The only reason I’m giving this two stara is because the people who work at night are fantastic. However, the people in the morning aren’t and don’t pay attention to what’s on the tickets. I’ve tried multiple times to see if it’s just an off day because I understand sometimes there’s bad days at work, and that can affect the things that we make or do. But every single time that I get a drink there they drown it with milk and all I can taste is milk so I basically just drinking a glass of milk and their drinks are somewhat of 4-5$ so it’s like I’m paying five dollars for a glass of milk. On top of that when I put in what I want to eat and I remove certain things or I add things, they don’t listen and they just make it the original way that it’s supposed to be made and it’s ridiculous. What if someone has an allergy what if they can’t eat that item for whatever reason, and on top of that, I paid money to eat what I wanted to eat not what they felt like making. There’s this cashier older woman smokers voice that works here and is extremely rude every time I come in but today was the last straw. I won’t be coming to this Wawa anymore after today. I just wanted my coffee and the lady at the register starts yelling at me cursing me off and giving me the finger as she has a line of customers laughing because I asked her to put my phone number in and she yells stating she doesn’t do that here it’s Wawa we don’t do that. So I went to the self check out so I can put my number/scan my app to get points as she’s proceeding to yell at me. She’s extremely confrontational every time I enter this store she’s yelling or arguing with someone being loud and rude. She’s was going ballistic still as I left the store giving me the finger as I walk to me car through the window again with a line of customers. I called the manager he was very nice and he explained that he’s had many complaints about her. Other than this lady who needs to be fired, it’s a great store , clean, great friendly staff otherwise....

Be sure you watch them pump your gas. Although the guys there all are friendly and helpful I had a poor experience today from a quite a I don't care attitude from a girl.

I pulled up and a regular guy I always see came over. I asked him if I could get Super in my SUV and fill my 5gal can with regular. I went in to buy some snacks and came out to find some girl pumping Super into the can for my lawn mower. I asked if she was putting in super and she said yes. I told her I asked the guy to put regular in it for my lawn mower and she said; "Well it's too late now!" I asked if it would hurt my lawn mower. She said she had no idea. I told her to stop pumping and then heard her call the other guy and ask him if he was told to pump reg gas in the can but she was walking away and couldn't hear what was said.
