Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Jackson Township

I have ordered from this location on numerous occasions and have always been pleased. I always ask for a large Cali chicken bacon ranch with no tomatoes and it has come just like it is in the picture with a this crust. So today when I call and order I go through the same order I always do and when I get it it’s hand tossed. No problem. I call the store to ask about the issue and explain that it’s thin crust on the menu picture and that’s how I have always received it. The person on the phone just wanted to argue with me instead of trying to fix the issue. I guess I’ll be finding a new domino’s.

Ordered pizza and wings and the driver went to wrong hotel. Phoned us and said he was right down the street and would be right there. We were waiting in lobby for him to arrive after 15 minutes he calls us and says he cant deliver because it was supposedly out of delivery. Food was already made and was down the road. Manager told him not to deliver to us even though it was already paid. I know at home they direct us to the correct shop for delivery not this time and it was late night so we could not even order from another shop either. I want to thank you for screwing up delivery and cancelling our order, fantastic customer service. I will probably never buy dominos...

The first time I went here a few weeks ago the chicken and pizza were awesome. It was so good a few weeks later I was excited to have them again. Maybe I shouldn't have ordered on a Football Sunday cause the pizza and chicken were awful. Especially the pizza. It just wasn't made with any love. When I went to pick it up, they looked understaffed and the only guy working that I could see looked stressed out. He probably was.
