Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jackson Township

DO NOT GO HERE unless you like fake food and make that your choice... This place needs to make it very clear that it is a KOSHER store... There are no signs anywhere that they don't serve real meat, everything is plant based and dairy free... Plant based bacon?? Yuk, No ham? No sausage? What kind of DUNKIN is this?? TERRIBLE AND VERY DISAPPOINTED FIRST TIME VISIT HERE AND NO WAY WILL I EVER COME BACK!! Since I was already here and didn't know at first hand we bought egg and cheese sandwiches and doughnuts and they were disgusting .. nothing tasted like a REAL DUNKIN DOES.... PLEASE GIVE PEOPLE THE CHOICE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BEFORE GOING INTO THE STORE AND THEN FINDING OUT THAT EVERYTHING YOU WANT THEY DON'T SERVE... WORST FIRST...

Hi, went to this location almost after a year and still no improvement ! I have all the patience and I went back to say no sugar in my coffee, can I get some. Ideally anyone would just say , sure here you go! But the response from the person(like like manager based on dress color code), said you did not say sugar when you ordered! I had to tell her that I know what I want . This is not required even though I was not rude but the person on the other side can't blame someone who still adjusted and asked for sugar and not a new coffee. Have to think twice before going here again. I understand they are stressed out but same time they have to understand we are...

I don't think I have ever gone to this Dunkin and received good customer service or my correct order. I went today to get a normal iced coffee with caramel, milk and sugar... they didn't put sugar nor caramel. I mean to forget one thing is fine but to forget two things, your employees just don't care. Half the time that I go here, two of the employees hit on me, it's so highly unprofessional. On top of that, you go thru the drive thru and you can be waiting for 10-15 minutes... they are god awful slow. I also know that they have been shut down for insect (cockroaches) ... this place needs new management or to be shut down....
