Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Jackson Township

So my husband went to pick up food this evening, got there at 8:45pm, this location closes at 9pm, they ignored the drive thru completely and when my husband went to go inside the employee locked the door in front of him and said they weren't filling anymore orders even though they were still open.

03/27/2023 So apparently someone can't leave more than 1 review...I'll add to this one then. My husband went to pick up lunch for us, I get a BLT, he wanted to try the new pesto caprese sandwich, he asked to sub turkey for the salami because he can't eat salami. The lady that was helping him was very rude and said they can't change anything. My father had the salami subed with turkey the other day no issues. So is that a thing? So my husband went to get his food elsewhere, my BLT however was absolutely disgusting, the lettuce was brown and slimy and the tomatoes were so mushy and gross that they definitely shouldn't have been on a sandwich. I had to throw the whole sub away. What is happening at Jimmy John's??? The name of the order taker on the receipt is Tamara. Extremely...

I wanted to express my appreciation for this location's willingness to accommodate my personal dietary choices for an order placed today :) A friend wanted to treat me to lunch and suggested Jimmy John's. I haven't eaten there in a very long time because I eat primarily a plant-based diet with no animal by-products. I also know that JJ's doesn't tend to customize food very often.

Today, however, I decided to give them a shot and see what would happen. I ordered the #13 Gourmet Veggie Club. The standard ingredients that come with it are "real avocado spread, sliced cucumber, lettuce, tomato," and I requested to add onions and the homemade Italian vinaigrette, while removing the provolone cheese and mayo. I asked for it to be on French bread after seeing a picture of the sandwich on their website.

My apologies if this order was a bit irritating to make -- that's mainly why I wanted to express my gratitude. I haven't eaten JJ's in over 2 years, and I've missed you guys! =( This delicious sub gave me hope that maybe I'll get to come back and visit again!

I travel for work and Jimmy John’s is one of my go tos. They are reasonably priced and it’s good food but for this location I’ve been running into problems. At this Jimmy John’s it’s a fight just to order your sandwich. I was greeted hate and bitterness from an older lady. After I repeated the address of my hotel along with the room number at least 6 times I was hit with “ I don’t we deliver there.” To which I responded with “You guys are a mile away I would be surprised if you didn’t.” I got put on hold for a minute or 2 while she checked and then conceded that yes they did deliver to my address after that though same deal with the credit card info and order she made me repeat myself to the point I thought she was trying to get me to hang up. So yea rough experience I’ve tried ordering there 1 more time but they stop delivering an hour early so it was my sign to give Jimmy John’s up while I was in grove city. The food was...
