The Broadway location didn’t seem to have a member of Leadership on-hand, at the time I was there. Which could explain my experience tonight. No matter though, the drive thru attendant was seemingly in lala land and told me “she thinks my order is completely in the bag.” Unfortunately, when I asked my husband to make sure there weren’t 17 things on top of my Mexican pizza we quickly discovered it wasn’t in the bag. I was still in the drive thru so the attendant got this corrected and we went on about our way. Even more unfortunate tho, was that I discovered upon getting home that my 12 pc order of Cinnabons wasn’t in the bag either! So I had to make a trip back to the store, with my food at home getting cold, to go back to get the food that I paid for. The gentleman at the inside register was professional and seemingly understanding of the situation I was put in and provided me with the missing food and I left. I have no idea why there seemingly were enough people in the store, yet absolutely no one was doing any sort of End of Line quality control. This feels pretty basic, simply read the screen and confirm the contents you’ve put into the bag, not too tough you’d think.
Moral of the story here is, do not leave the drive thru line until you have confirmed your entire order is in the bag. Don’t worry about the people behind you and don’t be in too much of a hurry yourself, because it could cost you more time and money than the food is...
Read moreOverall horrible experience. Tonight on 1/21/25 I ordered for pickup. Our order was suppose to only take 5-8 minutes per what web said, order was placed at 5:41. Hubby showed up to pickup our food at 5:56, they claimed no order was placed. Eventually they found our order and stated oh we are out of steak that’s why it wasn’t started so hubby substituted his cheesy dipped burritos with chicken. 40 minutes is how long it took to get our food. 10 items, 40 MINUTES. He took bag out to car to check over and they forgot an order of dipped burritos. Once he got home beyond flustered we realized they didn’t give us our chipotle sauce for the dipped burritos and my cantina chicken crispy taco. Feeling defeated we just ate our dry tiny burritos instead of going back to raise hell. I previously managed in food for 5+ years, I understand mistakes happen but this is just ridiculous. Read moreI've gone to Taco Bell probably a thousand times and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had there. 42 minute wait in line order was wrong on the quantities of items asked for as well as one completely wrong item that I didn't order. The lettuce was rotten and there were pieces of other food that I did not order mixed in with my order. I received the wrong amount of change I was supposed to get back they forgot my hot sauce no napkins were put in the bag. And because you can't go inside the locations your only option to try and have these things corrected means getting back in that 40 minute line again. This was the first and only time I've ever thrown away my food from there. Not only was it a complete waste of money and time but it seriously has left me questioning whether I will continue to ever eat there again, which is extremely disappointing considering the years of great food and service I've gotten...
