I never write reviews this probably will be my only review for a long time but this location is seriously something else I am a frequent customer through the app in many locations with working all over and always picking up doubles for work so this is My second time ordering dinner from this location breakfast hasn't really been an issue but I order through the app because I order my food a specific way for instance I order a McChicken with extra pickle on it and extra mayonnaise or I'll order a McDouble with no pickle and extra onion because I like the way they cut the onion well tonight I ordered a few different things because I ordered for multiple people I ordered what I normally order which is the hot and spicy McChicken with extra mayo and extra pickle I ordered two McDoubles with extra onion no pickle and I ordered extra sauces and a milkshake and a smoothie and a McFlurry I figured check the bag make sure all the sandwiches are there they were well then they forgot to put one of the of the chicken nuggets because I got two of the meal deals so when in rectified that and they gave me a six-piece nugget drove to the location I'm currently at and went to open the sandwiches Will they gave me two McDoubles with big pieces of onion all over it called the restaurant they said can you come back we'll fix it so then they did exactly what they were supposed to and chopped up the onion like really small gave me that come back and I did not check the McChicken this McChicken had no chance of being in it was so hard from sitting for so long that I couldn't even eat it and here's the pictures they didn't give me straws for the drinks so I had to find them in my house like I said I am a frequent customer of McDonald's because I travel and I work all over and I work long hours it's just easier for me to order something and I like getting the points because I have a lot of points but this location needs to really do better The attitude of the management when she was fixing the McDoubles was horrible so I wasn't about to call and tell her that the McChicken was so hard that it's not edible and then the time before this they had messed up and not have given me all my food so I called and they fixed that but the attitude of that was not met with a proper customer service like it was almost out of annoyance and everything I'm sorry but your employees are the ones messing up not me I paid for something in turn I want what I pay for but I'm just to the point where this location is not going to get my money I am over being treated like I'm the problem in the situation of horrible...
Read moreThe ordering step was fine as we drove up to the drive-thru. We pulled up to the first window to pay, the cashier didn't say a word. He didn't confirm the order or verify the amount. He quietly handed back our credit card, not even. "Have a nice day." At the second window, we got our drinks....well, most of it. I had to ask for the rest. We were asked to pull up into one of the waiting spots. After abput 5 to 10 minutes, they brought out our bags and then went back inside. I checked our bags just to be sure. No napkins, no sauces, and no fries!! I went inside to ask for the rest of the missing items. I tried calling for someone's attention, but it went unheard. Granted, it was busy, but the entire time I was standing there patiently waiting, no one was tending the counter to acknowledge guests waiting. Quite literally, both persons filling the orders stood where the food was placed, with their backs turned towards the counter and not once came back to the counter to check on those in the lobby. Not only was this not customer care, but I'd say it would be a major security risk. Anyone with criminal intent could very easily reach for the cash drawers behind the counter unnoticed or used the opportunity to invade the store or worse!
After about 10 minutes, I finally caught someone and said that our order was missing the fries, and before I could complete my complaint, she walked away to pull some fries out of the fryer. So when she came back with the fries, she tried to walk away as I was still in mid-sentence about the missing sauces. She gave me the sauces without any further problems.
When we got back to the house, which is literally blocks up the road, we went to eat our cheeseburgers and found they didn't have the usual diced onions or pickles. I understand when a few small things may get missed, but needless to say, there were so many missed steps with no QA in what was...
Read moreI went to this McDonald's and just like every other McDonald's I gave my order then went to the window and paid for my food. I was told just like every other McDonald's to go and park in spot 1. I waited 10 minutes, a woman parked next to me. The first time the girl came out to my 6ruck she had the wrong order. She gave to the guy on my right. The next time an older woman came out and give the woman next to me her order. I watched her and knew right away that the older woman gave her my order. I watched as she put her hand in the bag to see the food. The older woman then came to my truck and again it was the wrong order. I was then told by this older woman that I parked in the wrong spot. I tried to tell her that she gave my order to the woman next to me. But this older very unrespectful older woman just turned and walked away saying something, I have no idea what she was saying. Very rude. Then she gave the woman next to me her order and walked back into the store. At this point I was not happy and left. Why is it that McDonald's is called fast food if they want their money right away but they take their time making my order and then pass the buck when they can't do their job right. I left not because of a little older woman I left because McDonald's is not worth my time or money any longer. I will never ever go back and I will tell everyone that will listen not to go to this McDonald's. Bad service bad service all around. If you can't deal with people you should not be working in customer service field. Get a position somewhere else where you feel like your making a difference.
