Had a terrible experience here. Ordered a tall iced coffee with cream. I was charged and extra .70 cents for Breve. When asked about the charge the employee tried to tell me there is an extra charge for cream. When I questioned her more about that, because that just didn't make sense to me she said at some coffee shops different drinks are called different things. What?!! This is a black coffee with a splash of half and half. There should not have been an extra charge. When they handed me my coffee it was so white it looked like iced milk. I was really disappointed. I have never in my life ever sent back any food or drink item. I asked for a new coffee without so much milk. They take the coffee back, every employee in there is now looking at me, the coffee takes a long time to come out, which I couldn't understand since it was just an iced coffee. Nothing special. When I was handed my new coffee I expressed again that something just didn't seem right. I never heard of being charged extra for cream. That is when the employee finally admitted an extra button was pressed, but he said it with such an attitude. I was told if I wanted my .70 cents back that I could park and come in to get it. I ended up frustrated because I hate confrontation. I drove away and threw out my coffee. They took a long time with my second cup, I have no clue what they did to it and was worried about drinking it. Read moreI've never been a huge coffee person. I could probably count on one hand the number of times in a year that I would stop at a Dunkin or Starbucks and even then usually because I was with a friend who was going so I tagged along.
But ever since this location opened 6 mins from my house....conveniently on my way to work....I'm not ashamed to say I've become an addict. I have tried all the drinks. I get excited for the seasonal cake pops. I accumulate all the stars in the app. I stop in once a week....ok sometimes two.........ok one time it was three. I've become the best boss ever by treating my two direct reports to whatever drinks and snacks they want once a month for our team meeting. I giggle when I get smiley faces on my cups. Im pretty sure the seasonal lavender cold foam could single handedly cure depression. I always pickup my order inside and I'm slightly sad when the team is too busy for me to give them a proper "thanks - have a good one!" greeting...cuz they are otherwise ALWAYS are so sweet and friendly towards me I feel like I'm letting them down!!!
Have I become a basic starbucks girlie? Yeah. Does my husband make fun of me? Absolutely. But also....i don't care, because those fancy little drinks and that cheerful little shop bring me so much joy it's 1000% worth it.

Read moreI am a repeat customer at this location I pass it frequently and have been here 20-30 times in the past year. Every time I do a mobile order my drink is wrong and not what I ordered and when I say every time I’ve been here I mean every single time it is wrong. I understand that they will remake it if I ask which is why I haven’t posted a negative review until now I had hopes that the problem would correct it self how ever I can say a year later it has not. I am not happy with the answer of “they can remake it” because this takes 5-10 additional minutes of waiting when I mobile ordered to save time.
