I recently had the pleasure of trying out the new Carvel/Cinnabon collaboration, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The friendly and attentive staff made me feel right at home, ensuring a pleasant experience from start to finish.

9/20/23. My family and I got to enjoy having dessert at this Carvel for my first visit. The owners and their employees were very nice, friendly, and courteous to us and to the many customers that were coming and going! They were having a small issue with a front door at the time we were there. One of the owners was manning the door for everyone going in and out. I tried to help them fix the situation, but I didn't have any tools with me.

I wouldn't hesitate to return there any time to enjoy their service and their great ice creams! Looking forward to return to this...

We love coming here. Always friendly service and fresh. The only reason I'm removing a star is because on our last visit the employee was wearing gloves and took out money and made change. She did not change her gloves and proceeded to go package up cinnamon buns, a big no-no in food safety. She was young and maybe doesn't understand how gloves work.
